How You Can Help

You can make a difference in the lives of 1,000 to 1,200 at-risk children and their families in your community today.

For more than 100 years, The Cabbage Patch has relied on the support of our community to make a profound difference in the lives of at-risk children and families. There are many ways you can join us in this wonderful mission.

You can serve at-risk children and families through…

As a private, nonprofit organization, The Cabbage Patch relies on your generosity to help us meet the needs of the 1,000-1,200 at-risk children and families we serve annually.

If you like to get competitive over a game of putt-putt golf, take your swings on a golf course, or bid on your favorite auction item for a good cause: The Cabbage Patch has the Special Event for you.

Through our annual Putt fore The Patch miniature golf tournament, the Invitational Golf Tournament, or the Annual Auction, The Cabbage Patch increases community awareness while generating vital funding needed to accomplish our mission. These events raise approximately 15-20% of our annual operating budget revenue each year.

Did you know?

The Cabbage Patch Settlement House has always depended on private philanthropy to help meet the needs of those we serve. We are not a Metro United Way Agency and we do not receive government funding. Each year we must raise approximately $1,000,000 from individuals, foundations, businesses, churches, and service organizations in order to offer high-quality purpose-driven programs and services and build meaningful, life-changing relationships with at-risk children and their families.

On behalf of our hard-working board of Directors, staff, volunteers, and the 1,000-1,200 at-risk children we serve, THANK YOU for your generous support.
