Giving
As a private, nonprofit organization, The Cabbage Patch relies on your generosity to help us meet the needs of the 750 children and families we serve annually.
These opportunities range from financial donations and gifts to sponsorship to donation of goods and services.
Volunteering
The dozens of volunteer opportunities at The Cabbage Patch take many forms: but at the core of our Volunteer Program is the understanding that you will make a profound difference in the life of a child and his or her family.
Participate
If you like to take your swings on a golf course, or bid on your favorite auction item for a good cause: The Cabbage Patch has the Special Event for you.
Through our annual Invitational Golf Tournament, or the Annual Auction, The Cabbage Patch increases community awareness while generating vital funding needed to accomplish our mission. These events raise approximately 15-20% of our annual operating budget revenue each year.
Did you know?
The Cabbage Patch Settlement House has always depended on private philanthropy to help meet the needs of those we serve. We are not a Metro United Way Agency and we do not receive government funding. Each year we must raise approximately $1,000,000 from individuals, foundations, businesses, churches, and service organizations in order to offer high-quality purpose-driven programs and services and build meaningful, life-changing relationships with children and their families.
